What is Whole Health?


Whole Health is the conglomeration of mind, body, and spirit that makes up what we call "self." It's what I like to refer to as an East meets West theory on health and medicine. Modern medicine meets ancient theory. Just as everyone is made up of a complex mix of genetics and the environment- the path towards optimum health is no different- it takes looking at the whole person and how we sit in our own environment. There are are rarely any universal truths in medicine; however, the one that stands the test of time and is currently being rediscovered everyday is that how and what you fuel and stretch your body, mind, and spirit directly influences your health and wellbeing.
